Welcome and thanks for your interest in officiating Soccer!
Registration is now open for the 2011-2012 school year. Registration can be completed online for both the 3rd District and IHSAA. To register with the 3rd District Officials Association, click the registration link under “Forms” at the top of this page. To register with IHSAA, click on the link to the right or visit www.idhsaa.org. Remember, this is a two-part process: PART ONE - register at www.idhsaa.org along the left hand side under officials online registration. Register for SOCCER and other sports and then hit submit. PART TWO - in a couple of days you will receive an invoice from PROPAY.COM, pay your invoice with a credit card and print a copy for proof of payment then bring that to the meeting on August 4th. You will not be able to register at the rules meeting on Aug 4th.
Please register early to avoid the $5 late fee; the deadline is July 28,2011. NOTE: IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER RULE BOOK FOR THE CLASS PAY YOUR DUES BEFORE THE 14TH OF JULY. And remember, you will need your number for the online testing!

July 15 Part one online testing is open
July 16 IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE CLASS ONLY THOSE THAT PAY THERE DUES WILL RECEIVE A HIGH SCHOOL RULE BOOK Class 9 am – 11am at Boise indoor soccer arena 11448 W. President Dr. between Cloverdale and Five Mile.
JULY 21 Meridian/Rocky Mtn. Jamboree 16+ teams 33 games all new officials are required to attend and officiate these games; Rich Eveland will send out info. Assesors will be available!
July 23 Class 9am-11am (same location as above)
July 28 Early-bird Registration deadline for IHSAA and 3rd District Officials Association.
Aug 4 Mandatory Rules meeting at Mtn. View High School, 6:29pm.
Aug 6 Class 9am-11am at Boise indoor soccer arena 11448 W President Dr.
Aug 13 Class 9am-11am (same location as above)
Aug 15 Part TWO online testing opens Mandatory must pass with a 80%.
Aug 16 Jamboree Middleton and Kuna check with Commissioner.
Aug 19 High school soccer season starts.
Aug 28 Part ONE and TWO online soccer rules testing will close.
