Welcome to Baseball!
To participate as an Umpire in the 3rd district, you must register with the 3rd District Association. go to “idahoofficals.com” go to forms and click on “registration form”. fill out the form and pay with credit card. You will get an e-mail when your payment has been received. Cost is $35 unless you have registered prior to August 1 2011.
Requirements for State Membership:
Complete registration before final date.
1. Register with the IHSAA. (there will be no registration at the rules clinic everything is done on line). Go to www.idhsaa.org click on officals, go to “forms and contracts” and fill out the form and then they will send you an e-mail on how to pay
2. Attend a state rules clinic.
3. Attend a minimum of 2 local meetings in addition to the State Clinic and Part II Test.
4. Have received a score of 80 or better on this years part II test for varisity.
5. Receive a score of 70 or better on this years part II Test for JV.
6. Receive a recommendation from Dist. Commissioner after completed background check.
Clinic dates: Feb 11th, 25th, and March 3rd, 9am – 1 pm, Location TBD
Meeting Dates:
- February 21st, Tuesday 7pm at Mountain View High School
- Feb 27th (State rules clinic, mandatory),
- March 5th, March 28th, 7PM, Mountain View High School
