| Third District Officials Association, Inc. The Third District Officials Association, Inc, is a non-profit organization formed pursuant to Idaho Code and properly filed with the Idaho Secretary of State. The Association has an exclusive agreement with the Third District Board of Control to act as an independent contractor in providing, organizing, training, evaluating and supervising the performance of officials in the seven (7) sports administered by the Idaho High Schools Activities Association. |

| Third District Board of Control Third District Board of Control is comprised of Superintendents, Principals and other selected school administrators from all classification levels within the activity district. The Board regulates all sports activities within the district, i.e., monitors adherence to established protocols, assesses fines and disciplinary action where necessary, and serves as the final authority for issues brought to it by the Commissioners Advisory board. This is the entity with whom we negotiate our contract. |
