Bill Herr Memorial Scholarship

The Bill Herr Memorial Scholarship is awarded to one male and one female student/athlete each year by the 3rd District Official’s Association. Male and female student athletes who are seniors at any of the schools in the 3rd District are eligible to submit an application to be considered.
